Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely package your bear in its original box if possible.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we will notify you via email as soon as your return arrives at our Vermont workshop.

• 4.
  Refund or Exchange

  Once inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange within 7-10 business days.
